Terms of Service

1. About TradeUpTarget

TradeUpTarget ("the Service", "we", "our", "us") is a web-based scanner that surfaces profitable Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) trade-up contracts using publicly available market data. The Service is accessible at tradeuptarget.com. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, and at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to subscribe to a paid plan.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password and API key secret. Anyone with access to these can act on your behalf.
You agree to provide an email you control so we can deliver verification, billing, and security notifications.
One account per person. You may not share, sell, or lease your account.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

The Free tier is free and limited; the Pro tier is $9.99 USD per month, billed monthly.
Subscriptions are recurring and renew automatically until cancelled.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on the recurring schedule.
You can cancel at any time from the Settings page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep Pro access until then.
Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice via email. Price changes do not affect billing cycles already in progress.

6. Refunds

We don’t offer prorated refunds for partial months. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@tradeuptarget.com within 14 days and we will review on a case-by-case basis.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Scrape, mirror, or redistribute our data in bulk beyond what your subscription’s rate limits allow.
Resell or sublicense access to the Service.
Attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or other security measures.
Use the Service to facilitate illegal activity, including market manipulation or violations of the Steam Subscriber Agreement.
Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund.

8. Service “As Is” / No Investment Advice

TradeUpTarget is an informational tool, not investment advice. The scanner surfaces contracts that appear profitable based on prices observed at the time of evaluation. Markets move. Trade-up outcomes are probabilistic. We make no representation or warranty that any contract you execute based on our data will be profitable. You assume all risk.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeUpTarget’s total liability arising out of or relating to your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or losses from CS2 trades executed.

10. Intellectual Property

Counter-Strike 2, CS2, CS:GO, weapon skins, and all related assets are trademarks and copyrighted works of Valve Corporation. Market price data referenced by the Service is sourced from publicly available endpoints. The TradeUpTarget software, design, and aggregated analytics are our intellectual property.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or if continued service would be unlawful. On termination, your right to access the Service ends immediately.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where TradeUpTarget operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
